Products, prices and stock

Product descriptions identify the items offered, quantities and dimensions. Our current bubble-wrap offers are one 100m × 500mm roll for £12 delivered, or two identical rolls for £20 delivered. Prices are in GBP; VAT is shown according to our displayed VAT treatment. The final total is shown before you pay. Availability is subject to stock and delivery coverage. We may correct an obvious listing error before accepting an order and will not charge a different price without your agreement.

Ordering and payment

You select products, check your basket, enter delivery details, review any charges and confirm payment through our Stripe-powered secure checkout. Review and correct your order details before you pay. An order confirmation acknowledges the transaction; the contract is formed when we accept and confirm your paid order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund. We do not offer subscription billing for these products.

Delivery

Our current bubble-wrap offers include standard free UK delivery, with a usual delivery estimate of 2–3 working days. This is not a guarantee. We will deal with delivery delays, non-delivery and damaged goods in accordance with your consumer rights. See Delivery information.

Cancellations and returns

Consumers purchasing online usually have 14 days after delivery to cancel for any reason, followed by 14 days to return the goods. See Returns & refunds for instructions and the allocation of return postage costs. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are covered by separate statutory consumer rights.

Your consumer rights

Your legal rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, are not excluded or reduced by these terms. Nothing here excludes liability where doing so is unlawful.

Problems and complaints

Please contact us through Contact us, quoting your order number. We will investigate and seek a fair resolution. These terms are governed by the applicable law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections that otherwise apply.
