Urbnhaus Store

About Urbnhaus

A real UK business, focused on everyday value

Urbnhaus Store is operated by URBNHAUS LTD, an active company registered in England and Wales (company number 15868812). We are an independent online retailer, not a marketplace and not affiliated with any other retailer.

Our first range is practical protective packaging for home movers, online sellers and businesses. Our current 100m × 500mm bubble-wrap offer is simple: one roll for £12 or two rolls for £20, with free UK delivery on eligible addresses.

Verify who you're buying from

You can check our registration independently on the official Companies House website.

Registered office: 33 Dunster Street, Northampton, England, NN1 3LB. This is the company's registered office, not a customer collection point or returns depot.

How ordering works

Choose your rolls, check the final total, enter a UK delivery address and pay securely through Stripe. Guest checkout is available. We arrange delivery using UK parcel carriers and provide tracking when available. The usual delivery estimate is 2–3 working days, not a guaranteed date.

What if something goes wrong?

We're responsible for fulfilling your order and dealing with missing, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Read our delivery information and returns and refunds policy. You can contact our team through the contact form for order assistance, cancellation requests or complaints.

Independent by design

We aim to keep product descriptions accurate, prices clear and service straightforward. We will only publish genuine customer reviews where the customer has agreed to share their experience. We do not claim government endorsement, guaranteed delivery or independent trust certification.

For large packaging orders, request trade pricing.
