Delivery Information

Free UK delivery

We offer free standard delivery on our currently available 100m × 500mm bubble-wrap offers: one roll for £12 delivered or two rolls for £20 delivered. These are total advertised prices for eligible UK addresses; there is no separate delivery charge for these offers.

Where we deliver

Enter your UK postcode and full delivery address at checkout. We only accept orders we can deliver to. If we cannot serve an address, contact us before ordering via Contact us. No international delivery is currently offered through online checkout.

When your parcel will arrive

The bubble-wrap product currently has an estimated delivery of usually 2–3 working days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, public holidays, remote-area carriage and unforeseen courier disruption may cause delays. If we cannot supply your order within the agreed time, we will contact you to arrange a revised date or an appropriate remedy. Consumer statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

Dispatch and tracking

Products shown as in stock are dispatched through our UK parcel delivery partners after a successful payment. Where tracking is available we provide it after dispatch. Please check that your delivery address is correct before paying.

Missing or damaged parcels

If delivery is overdue or your parcel is missing or damaged, contact us through the support form with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery partner and resolve problems in accordance with your statutory rights. Responsibility for delivery to consumers remains with Urbnhaus until the goods have been delivered to you or your nominated recipient.
